Yes - I've already moved over to BitWarden.BOSTON, Oct. I'm aware there is almost certainly a way to get around the AUD pricing and pay the USD base price, but this seems completely unfair and has prevented me from wanting to hand over any money to LastPass at all. I would find it hard to believe that LastPass hasn't made the same decision to grossly undervalue other international currencies, expecting people to significantly overpay for an exact same product. 60 USD since January 2003 and over the past 3 years the AUD has been worth more than. To add further context, the AUD hasn't dropped below the worth of even. So for a LastPass Families 12 month subscription, I would have to pay the equivalent of more than $56 USD, for the exact product that someone in the US pays $36 USD for. 79 USD, yet somehow LastPass is valuing it at.

What's the issue here? The AUD is currently worth. But to my surprise, the price went from $36.00 USD to $72.00 AUD. So then I click on the link to purchase a subscription to LastPass Families and immediately I'm taken to the payment page. I assumed that there was a good chance that this pricing was in USD and not my local currency (the Australian Dollar/AUD), so I would pay a bit more than that $3.00 a month/$36.00 a year in AUD, no problems at all. I wasn't aware of any family members/friends using LastPass, but given it wasn't much more expensive than a standard Premium plan I thought it might be nice to get it and offer it to people I know. On the page I saw that LastPass Families was $3.00 a month with the discount. Given I have used LastPass for a good number of years and definitely get value out of it, I thought to myself "well, I guess now is finally the time to start paying for LastPass Premium." I was prompted this morning about the changes to the level of service that Free LastPass users would have access to. I have posted this as a reply elsewhere in this sub, however I thought it was worth creating a post about.
